Deposits and Withdrawals

Welcome Bonus
- New members can receive up to a 120% bonus of ৳5,000 on their first deposit.
- The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (deposit + bonus).
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
- After claiming a bonus, the wagering must be completed within a specified time limit.
- There may be a maximum bet amount limit when placing bets using bonus funds.
- 33bmm reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspected bonus abuse is detected.
- Separate terms apply for the VIP program and other promotions.
VIP Program
33bmm's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback increases as you move to a higher tier:
- Bronze tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver tier: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Gold tier: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Tiers are advanced through regular gaming activity. Cashback is paid every Monday.
Gaming Rules
The following rules apply when playing games on the 33bmm platform:
General Gaming Rules
- Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which can be seen in the game interface.
- If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the deposited amount will be returned.
- If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the result will be determined according to the server's record.
- Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — fair play is guaranteed.
Live Casino
- A minimum balance is required to enter live dealer games.
- Decisions in live games are final and cannot be changed.
- Use of disrespectful language in chat during a game is prohibited.
Cricket and Sports Betting
- Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a match has started.
- If a match is cancelled or drawn, the bet amount is generally returned.
- Official results of BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL and international cricket events apply.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the 33bmm platform:
- Fraudulent activity, cheating or gaining an advantage through any other dishonest method.
- Operating games using software bots, automated scripts or any other technology.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds from a third party's account.
- Abusing the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Harassing or disrespecting other users.
- Attempting to compromise the security systems of the platform.
- Playing on behalf of minors or transferring an account to them.
Account Closure and Suspension
33bmm may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Terms.
- Providing false information or failure to verify identity.
- Suspicious financial activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- In cases of account hacking or fraud, for the user's own protection.
- At the user's own request as part of the responsible gaming policy.
Voluntary Account Closure
